Kita bisa mengambil referensi lain yaitu menurut State University of New York (SUNY) 1997 dalam Eisenberg menjelaskan bahwa: Information literacy includes the abilities to recognize when information is needed and to locate, evaluate, effectively use, and communicate information in it\u2019s various formats. Berdasarkan pengertian diatas bisa di ambil kesimpulan bahwa Literasi informasi mencakup kemampuan untuk mengenali kapan informasi yang dibutuhkan dan untuk menemukan, mengevaluasi, efektif menggunakan, dan mengomunikasikan informasi dalam berbagai format.<\/p>\n
